Abstract

We present the case of a 73-year-old male patient with a clinic history of relapsed pulmonary tuberculosis, chronic kidney disease, diabetes mellitus and hypertension, who was evaluated for a tumor in the left parotid region of progressive evolution. Surgical approach with excisional biopsy was performed, and the histopathological study confirmed the diagnosis of acinar cell carcinoma. The case clinic is analyzed through clinical presentation, radiographic findings and therapeutic approach, emphasizing the importance of collaborative work in patients with multiple comorbidities.
